Solarolo

Solarolo is one of the most central hamlets of Manerba del Garda, offering several services and panoramic points with breathtaking views. The town hall of Manerba, the Santa Maria Assunta Parish Church and the San Giovanni Battista Decollato Church are all located here.

In addition, Solarolo hosts the Tourist Office, where you can get information on local events, places to visit and consult information material on Manerba. The hamlet then has other important services, including the police, the Emergency Medical Service (only in summer), the Poste Italiane (Post Office), the municipal pharmacy, as well as various shops, restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores.

One aspect that makes Solarolo even more interesting are its panoramic points: the first, in Piazza Aldo Moro and the second near the Church of the Santissima Trinità, offering breathtaking views of the Gulf of Manerba and the surrounding areas.

Every Friday morning there is the weekly Manerba market, taking place from Via Atleti Azzurri d’Italia in the direction of the hamlet of Montinelle.

During the months of July and August, every Tuesday evening, Solarolo, together with Montinelle, hosts the “Martedì d’Incanto” evening markets. This event offers a magical atmosphere, with colourful stalls, live music, shows, street food, shops and bars. A perfect experience for young people and families looking for an opportunity to stroll around and enjoy the evening in a unique and lively setting.
